I deeply appreciated the opportunity to attend the NAEYC Annual Conference in Washington DC on 14-17 November with my supervisor Ms. Barbosa.

It is the largest early childhood education conference in the world.

This organization works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. They advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children.

I had the opportunity to explore the latest trends and research. I also met some of the most respected leaders in the early childhood field. It was amazing! I am grateful for the opportunity.

Now I am reflecting on the things I learned and thinking about how I can implement those new ideas into my learning program.
