First Communion Kids and their Parents - Christmas Celebration - Dec 11

On Wednesday, December 11, the First Communion parents and their kids gathered in the school chapel for a Christmas celebration, which was a great opportunity to reflect on the real meaning of the holiday. All could understand that this worldwide celebration goes beyond the Christmas trees, the presents, the meal we share with our families and friends. The highlight of the celebration was when the kids performed the real Nativity Scene, and reminded us that we have a lot to learn from those characters. Anyone who is willing to go through a real spiritual preparation for the Christmas celebration should practice charity, prayer and conversion.
The Catholic Church encourages us to live out the Advent season in such a way so that when the Christmas night comes, it finds our hearts open to God.
The incarnation of Jesus Christ, man and God, is the best present the world could have ever received. Let us rejoice, be glad and sing !!
The Religion Department wishes a Blessed Christmas to the whole OLM community!!
