As for the preparation for the Christmas Season, OLM in partnership with the MVC (Movimento de Vida Cristã), is putting up a campaign entitled “Fraternal Christmas”. Its objective is to bring back the real meaning of Christmas in living the spirit of generosity and commitment with the poor. For this reason, the whole OLM community is invited to participate in the “Fraternal Christmas Gymkhana” among grades PN-12th.
We need to collect a minimum of 300 “basic grocery packages” that will be donated to Creche da Tia Maura, in São Conrado, ABRACE (Associação Brasileira de Assistência à Criança Excepcional), in Caxias and NEAM (Núcleo de Estudos e Ação sobre o Menor), in Rocinha, among others. The grade that donates the most “grocery packages” will have a pizza party with an ice cream buffet. Students must identify their grade level on the packages so that the competition can be well organized.

We also ask that the packages be complete and have all items listed below, by no later than December 13.
Please leave the packages in the box located by the main entrance.
Coffee – 500 grams Sugar – 1kg
Soy Oil – 1 liter
Powder juice - 4 small packets Panetone – 1 unit Manioc Flour- 1 kg
Rice - 2 kg Spaghetti – 1 kg Maisena Cookies- 2 packages
Beans – 2kg Powder milk – 1 can Peach in syrup – 1 can
