Brownie
Ingredients:
4 eggs
200g white sugar
200g semisweet chocolate
250g unsalted butter
90g nuts
150g flour
Preparation:
Melt the semisweet chocolate in water bath.
Add the butter until melted. Set aside.
Beat the eggs and the sugar. Add the flour, mixing gently.
Add the nuts.
Place mixture in greased mold and bake at 180º C for 15 to 20 minutes.
