Orange Cake
Ingredients:
Cake
1 cup of oil
Juice from 1 orange and peels from that orange
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Topping
Juice from 1 orange
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
Cake
Beat the oil, the eggs, and the sugar in the blender.
Next, mix the flour and the baking powder and gradually add this mixture to the liquid until a smooth dough forms.
Fill a cake or cupcake mold with the dough and bake in 180o C preheated oven.
Topping
Over heat, mix all ingredients and let boil for about 5 minutes.
When the cake is ready, pour the topping, lukewarm, over it.
