While studying evolution in the 10th grade biology class we prepared some models about the different periods of the geological eras. Our objective was to study the evolution of living things until the days of today in a way that we would learn without having to memorize all of the subject and do a test about it. Each group was responsible for preparing a model to represent a different period using Styrofoam (isopor), colorful papers and a lot of candy. Preparing models was a different, fun and unique way of learning about evolution.
