Second graders had a great day at Espaco Recriando a Vida. On their way there, students observed the changing of communities. At the site, students visited a farm, and there they could see the importance of protecting the environment.

They touched worms and little chicks. They also planted and played in a park made of reusable garbage. Students learned the role of worms for healthy soil and the difference between reusing and recycling.

Fun and learning walked together all they long!
